Fire Extinguishers. Make sure they’re accessible and have adequate pressure.
Dryer Vent. Clear out lint that could catch fire.
Wires. Replace frayed cords.
Railings, Steps, Walkways. Fix unsafe conditions.

Roof. Check and repair shingles, flashing, eaves, soffits.
